About The Role

• Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries.
• Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management.
• Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application.

• Extensive administration skills
• A high level of organisational and time management skills
• Relationship management skills
• Customer service experience
• Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
• A desire to support individuals on their journey to recovery form injury
• A strong capacity for resilience, enabling you to navigate challenges effectively and maintain a positive outlook in a dynamic work environment
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
