About Us

We're a boutique loss adjusting practice known for our personal service, technical expertise, and commitment to quality outcomes for our clients. Our work is detailed, our standards are high, and our team is supportive and close-knit.

We're now looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional claims service.

About the Role
As a Case Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating and managing property and liability claims from start to finish. You'll work closely with our Loss Adjusters to ensure every claim is handled efficiently, accurately, and with empathy.

This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance claims experience who's looking to step into a more personalised, professional environment where their work truly makes an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement to closure
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insureds, and service providers
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and claim documentation
  • Assist Loss Adjusters with scheduling, invoicing, and file management
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insurer and internal requirements
  • Be a key point of contact, ensuring clear, professional communication throughout the claim lifecycle

What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance claims management (property, contents, or liability ideal)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims management systems

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in a loss adjusting or brokerage environment
  • Certificate IV or tertiary qualification in Insurance, Business, or similar
