Mercedes-Benz Brisbane | New Vehicle Sales Manager

Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our award-winning New Car Sales department. This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to join our team, drive sales performance, and contribute to the success of the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Southern Hemisphere and a globally recognised luxury brand.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury automotive sales management
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales principles
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance
  • Skilled in building productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented with a resilient and professional approach

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan and sales strategy for the New Car Sales Department, aligning with company goals
  • Lead and support the sales team, setting clear goals and individual action plans
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with the team to foster communication, address training needs, and boost team performance
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Report regularly to the Dealer Principal, managing expenses within budget and upholding high ethical standards
  • Oversee recruitment and development of the sales team, in collaboration with the Dealer Principal
