What You\'ll Do

Manage BYD stock with agility and precision to ensure smooth operations

Champion a culture where NPS and customer loyalty are as important as sales results
Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer journey

What You\'ll Bring
Proven Sales Manager or automotive leadership experience
Strong track record of smashing sales goals and motivating teams to success
Commitment to exceptional customer experiences and improving NPS outcomes
Outstanding communication, negotiation and people leadership skills
A goal-driven mindset with the organisational skills to keep a business performing
Manual Driver\'s Licence (Motor Salesperson/Dealer Licence preferred)
