About the Role

Eureka Villages is looking for a dedicated Park Manager to join our team in Mount Richon, on a full time basis. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of a community, ensuring smooth governance, services, and a high quality of life for residents.


• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Park, ensuring smooth running and high resident satisfaction


• Manage occupancy, bookings, and customer enquiries with professionalism


• Supervise and support staff, fostering a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment


• Monitor property, facilities, and grounds maintenance to high standards

About You


• Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, or accommodation management and RMS systems and bookings


• Strong leadership and people management skills


• Business acumen with ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and reporting


• Customer-focused, adaptable, and hands-on in daily operations
