About the role

We are a custom architectural residential building company who has been operating for over 28 years from the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, and we are now looking for an at least 4 year qualified Carpenter keen on joining our small, tightly knit high performing team in delivering architectural renovations, extensions and custom homes.

You will work in a structured and supportive environment with a vision for integrity and professionalism, where planning is clear, sites are clean and the team works together to deliver quality outcomes. You will be trusted to run your tasks with autonomy while being backed by leaders who are invested in your development. Your remuneration will be commensurate with your experience and suitability for the role.

What you will be doing

• Carpentry work across architectural renovations, extension projects, and custom homes

• Working with our documented systems, checklists and project processes driven by our Buildertrend app

• Maintaining clean, organised and safe sites

• Coordinating with subcontractors and supporting junior team members

• Managing tasks independently while communicating clearly with the team

• Achieving project KPIs and your own KPI's in the scope of your Position Description

• Upholding high standards of detail, care and professionalism
