About The Role

  • Manage and lead teams of Senior SDEs and SREs to deliver scalable SaaS software across multiple cloud providers.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support and enhance the CI/CD process.
  • Operate distributed, scalable SaaS offerings using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.

About the candidate

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in DevOps or a related field, showcasing a deep understanding of the domain.
  • Proven expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience in operating distributed, scalable SaaS offerings in production.
  • Experience in managing teams of Senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), fostering a collaborative DevOps culture.
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure and services, with the ability to identify and resolve related issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools and practices to automate deployment processes.
