Your responsibilities will include leading teams of Senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), enhancing CI/CD processes, and employing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools for automation. About The Role
- Manage and lead teams of Senior SDEs and SREs to deliver scalable SaaS software across multiple cloud providers.
- Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support and enhance the CI/CD process.
- Operate distributed, scalable SaaS offerings using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and scalability.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.
About the candidate
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in DevOps or a related field, showcasing a deep understanding of the domain.
- Proven expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience in operating distributed, scalable SaaS offerings in production.
- Experience in managing teams of Senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), fostering a collaborative DevOps culture.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure and services, with the ability to identify and resolve related issues effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and scalability.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools and practices to automate deployment processes.
- Ability to collaborate with development and operations teams to support and improve Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
