A large and well-established organisation based in Melbourne is seeking an experienced
Pronto ERP Specialist
to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in optimising and supporting business systems within a high-performing environment.

As the company continues a strong period of growth and transformation, the Pronto ERP Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance functionality, streamline processes, and ensure the ongoing success of the ERP platform and reporting environment across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the Pronto ERP system.
  • Partner with key business users to analyse requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Oversee configuration changes, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain
    Cognos reports and dashboards
    to drive business insights and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Pronto and reporting tools.
  • Support ongoing system projects, data integrity, and user training initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting or administering
    Pronto ERP
    in a complex business environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Cognos BI
    for report development, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
  • Sound understanding of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, growth-focused organisation.
