About the Role

We're looking for a consultant who's passionate about
transforming business operations
through smart, human-centred technology. Using
SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot (AI)
, you'll create intelligent, automated, and data-driven solutions that make work simpler and more efficient.

You'll collaborate with teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver digital solutions that truly add business value.

What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery and design workshops to uncover business needs and pain points
  • Build, test, and refine solutions using
    Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI
    , and
    Copilot Studio
  • Translate ideas into user-friendly workflows and measurable outcomes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track —
    on time, within scope, and driving impact

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience
    in business consulting, analysis, or digital transformation
  • 5+ years' experience
    delivering advanced Power Platform solutions (Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power BI)
  • Experience designing and implementing
    Copilot Studio Agents
    or similar AI-based tools
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts in clear, simple language
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to uncover hidden requirements and document robust solution architectures
  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement
