About the Role

You'll be joining our high-performing team and specialising in one of our core areas:

  • Site Administration
  • Maintenance
  • Processing
  • Mining Production

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

  • Pick up the phone with confidence to connect with both candidates and clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships to grow trust and loyalty.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our partnerships.
  • Work closely with a supportive team that thrives on collaboration and shared success.

About You

We're not necessarily looking for recruitment experience – we'll teach you that. What we're looking for is:

  • Proven resilience and motivation to succeed in a sales or people-facing role.
  • The ability to hunt new opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.
  • A self-starter mindset, with the drive to hit goals and push for more.
