The Role

  • Develop and execute a multi-year APAC production strategy that aligns with global business objectives.
  • Lead regular business reviews with manufacturing partners, ensuring performance improvement and long-term relationships.
  • Continuously optimise end-to-end production processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and support sustainability goals.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and market changes, proactively adapting production strategy.
  • Oversee quality and compliance frameworks across APAC, including FSC, BCORP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Translate technical production details into clear, actionable updates for commercial, creative, and marketing teams.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Your Background

  • Proven procurement leadership experience within supply chain, production, or manufacturing at regional or global scale.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage budgets at $50m+ level.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, supplier management, and cost structures.
  • Experience leading successful new product launches in fast-moving environments.
  • A track record of building trusted supplier partnerships while driving measurable efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and project leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and deliver results.
  • Passion for working with a purpose-led business and driving sustainable, innovative solutions.
