This role is focused on growing our Mid-Market client portfolio.Your success will come from proactive, high-volume, high-quality client engagement - primarily over the phone or video conferences - combined with meticulous tracking of account performance, proactive issue resolution, and consistent application of our WLGR (Win, Love, Grow, Retain) framework.Where You'll Fit InBased In: Melbourne, Australia (at least 3-days in the office, 2 days remote)Team: Industrial & HospitalityManager: General Manager Industrial and HospitalityContract Type: Full TimeHow You'll Make an Impact & What You'll DoYour role is to drive growth and maintain healthy client relationships through structured, repeatable actions that create measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Maintain >50 connected calls per week with existing clients, ensuring all interactions are logged in HubSpot with excellent hygiene.Apply the WLGR framework to every client touchpoint:WIN: Follow up on open deals and opportunities.LOVE: Resolve issues quickly and build trust.GROW: Expand users, roles, and sites within accounts.RETAIN: Re-engage inactive clients and ensure product adoption.Identify and onboard at least 1 new user per fortnight within existing accounts.Expand at least 1 new role per fortnight and continuously seek new site opportunities.Execute targeted outreach campaigns tied to key dates, seasonal peaks, and new product launches.Conduct regular account health checks and proactively follow up on any risks to retention or growth.What Success Looks LikeAchieving or exceeding all growth KPIs across your portfolio.Maintaining industry-leading share of wallet growth for each account.Building trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and site-level contacts.Driving high product adoption and client satisfaction, measured through both retention and usage metrics.About YouCritical Competencies:Energised by high-volume client engagement—you thrive on making calls, solving problems quickly, and keeping momentum.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport over the phone.Commercially minded, able to spot growth opportunities and act fast.Organised and disciplined in managing HubSpot data, dashboards, and follow-ups.Resilient, adaptable, and focused on hitting clear activity and outcome targets.Experience:Minimum of 2–3 years in account management, sales, or customer success—ideally in a service-based, software, or agency environment.Experience working to activity-based KPIs and managing a portfolio of clients.Proven success in driving measurable growth through structured outreach and account management.If you are energised by activity, motivated by measurable growth, and ready to make a big impact in a high-velocity environment, we want to hear from you.
