ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced finance professional who combines technical excellence with a growth mindset. You take pride in accuracy, value improvement, and enjoy helping others make confident, informed decisions.

You bring:

  • CPA or CA qualification and 5+ years' experience in management or financial accounting
  • Demonstrated capability in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
  • Proven leadership and people development skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector (highly regarded)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As
Finance Manager
, you'll lead the financial operations, strategy, and governance that underpin our success. You'll ensure strong stewardship, timely reporting, and continuous improvement across all financial systems and processes. Working closely with the COO and Executive Team, you'll provide insights that guide decisions, strengthen accountability, and support long-term sustainability.

Key focus areas include:

  • Financial Performance & Operational Excellence
    – Deliver accurate, efficient financial operations and continuous improvement in systems and reporting.
  • Financial Strategy & Governance
    – Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks that enable informed decision-making.
  • Leadership
    – Lead a capable, high-performing finance team that models accountability, service, and collaboration.
