The Role

We are seeking a motivated Domestic Air Conditioning Salesperson to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who enjoys helping customers find the right home comfort solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell domestic air conditioning systems to residential customers
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present quotes in a professional and timely manner
  • Build lasting customer relationships and provide ongoing after-sales support
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager, installation, and service teams for smooth project delivery
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business
About You
  • Proven sales experience (domestic air conditioning, refrigeration, or home improvement preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Current driver's licence
