Mechanic– Full Time

Shop Name: 5 Star Auto Mechanics (FIVE STAR TYRES PTY LTD)

Location: Five Dock, NSW

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Automotive Mechanic to join our busy workshop. The role involves car servicing, maintenance and Mechanical repairs with a variety of old and late-model vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and Carry out all vehicle servicing to a high standard.

Perform routine maintenance and suspension repairs.

Must be able to carry diagnosis regarding fault testing.

Basic car servicing including brakes and oil filter.

Assisting with general workshop duties.

Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure.

Delivering high-quality customer service.

Familiar with tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignment duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Automotive industry with at least 1 year full-time experience
  • Automotive qualification/ Mechanical license is required.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on role
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be Australian Permanent Resident and Australian Citizen

Eligibility:

This role is best suited for candidates who are Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens, as we are looking for long-term team members who can grow with the business.
