Volvo Cars Five Dock is part of Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently with over 1800 employees across over 70 dealerships in NSW / QLD / VIC and NZ.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced automotive technician to join the team in Five Dock. If successful, you will be joining a team of great people, working with one of the world's most respected automotive brands.

What will you be doing?

  • Complete quality service and repairs in accordance with factory standards and processes
  • Promote brand image through reliable and cost-efficient repairs.
  • Maintain accurate reports.
  • Complete repair work and/or maintenance as per the repair order to dealership and brand requirements
  • Work with other departments including sales and parts.
  • Keep up to date with mandatory factory training.
  • Support system technicians during complex repairs on overall systems
  • Promote the image of the organisation.

To be considered for the role, you will have:

  • Technical qualifications as an automotive technician/mechanic,
  • Experience with vehicle diagnostics
  • Basic computer skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to study and retain detailed product information.
  • The ability to work as part of a team that supports each other and is committed to delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
  • A current driver's licence
