About the role

As Store Manager, you'll lead the Richmond store with a blend of traditional retail management and meaningful community engagement. You'll oversee day-to-day operations while strengthening sponsorship partnerships and supporting B2B uniform clients-all from a high-traffic Bridge Road location.

You will:

  • Drive sales performance and commercial success
  • Build strong community ties through local sponsorships and business outreach

  • Oversee visual merchandising, rostering, and store operations

  • 1-2+ years' retail management experience
  • Strong sales, budgeting, and commercial acumen
