About Us

At First National Real Estate Murwillumbah, we're more than a real estate agency—we're a family-run business with genuine passion for empowering our clients to achieve their property goals. We make a difference by delivering exceptional outcomes while giving back to the beautiful region we call home.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Property Manager to join our close-knit team and take ownership of a thriving residential and rural property portfolio of properties. This isn't just another property management role—it's your chance to build meaningful relationships while having the support and resources to truly excel.

Perfect for: Experienced property managers ready for their next challenge, or motivated professionals from real estate admin, customer service, or other industries with strong transferable skills who are ready to grow their career.

  • Company phone and on-site parking
  • Fortnightly Rostered Day Off when meeting KPIs (in addition to standard annual leave)
  • Christmas bonuses for strong performance

What You'll Be Doing

Relationship Building: Be the trusted point of contact for tenants and landlords, managing everything from routine communications to resolving complex situations including rent arrears, maintenance disputes, and lease matters.

Portfolio Ownership: Take full responsibility for your residential and rural property portfolio, conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.

Professional Growth: Complete our comprehensive 3-month hands-on training program with an experienced property manager who knows every property, tenant, and landlord, followed by ongoing mentorship from our Senior Property Manager.

Focus on What Matters: While our dedicated admin team handles lease preparation, bond lodgements, and application processing, you'll focus on what you do best—building relationships and managing properties using our PropertyMe software platform.

  • Property management experience preferred but we'll invest in training the right candidate with transferable skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility for the right candidate
