Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of gold and minerals processing projects.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and lead project teams including engineers, construction personnel, and support staff.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Mandatory: Proven experience managing gold processing projects within the mining industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools and software.
