About the role:

We are seeking an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. This hybrid role allows you to complete admin and telehealth from home and attend client sites for assessments and interventions.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct functional capacity, ADL and environmental assessments in homes, schools and community settings
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned to participant NDIS goals
  • Complete high-quality reports, including AT recommendations, home modifications and housing (SIL/SDA/ILO) reports
  • Prescribe and trial assistive technology and collaborate with suppliers
  • Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators and other providers
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and outcome measures
  • Adhere to AHPRA requirements, the NDIS Code of Conduct and privacy/clinical governance standards
  • Manage your caseload and schedule autonomously, with a focus on safe, ethical practice

About you:

  • Minimum 2-years industry experience
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential)
  • Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred)
  • Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and report writing skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid model
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community visits
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain), National Police Check, and Working With Children Check (if working with minors)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Confident with telehealth and digital documentation
