Pinnacle Medical Imaging is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated receptionist to join our small team, to work on a full-time basis.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.  Four days negotiable for the right applicant. Attractive remuneration for the right candidate.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include -

  • Meet and greet patients
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
  • Provide a high level of patient care
  • Manage patient billing
  • Contribution to the business marketing plan

Key selection criteria include -

  • Knowledge of Radiology preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
  • Experience working in a medical clinic setting with an understanding of Medicare and private billing
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with a range of people
  • Experience with Microsoft packages; including Word and Excel and Teams
  • Experience using Visage RIS (or other Radiology software) preferred, but not essential
  • Capable of working independently and in a small team
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Must be well presented and outgoing.
