Your Role

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to join the Dulux Acratex team, managing a well-established customer base in metropolitan Sydney, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fixed territory with strong growth potential. You'll work closely with architects and specification managers, with a focus on our Specialty Finishes range.

You'll also play a key role in supporting our store teams—becoming the go-to person for training on both new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a consistent call plan aligned with our national framework
  • Manage your contacts and projects using our CRM tools
  • Drive growth across key texture coating categories
  • Develop a strong local project pipeline in your territory
  • Lead local and national promotional sales initiatives
  • Strengthen relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in business development, ideally in a similar industry
  • Confidence using CRM and planning tools
  • A track record of growing products or services in a sales environment
  • A commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
