Switched On Electrical is a proudly Tasmanian company specialising in commercial and residential electrical, air conditioning, data, Solar and automation installations. We're known for delivering quality workmanship, smart solutions, and outstanding customer service across a range of premium and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality electrical installations on commercial and high-end residential sites
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Document variations and communicate effectively with the office
  • Order and manage materials when required
  • Support and mentor apprentices
  • Work both autonomously and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver top-notch results

What We're Looking For:
  • Current electrical licence (Tasmania)
  • Proven experience in new builds and commercial projects.
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and desire to contribute to our team culture
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in air conditioning installs is a bonus
  • Experience in data, fibre, access control or security is highly desirable
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to OH&S and industry standards
