Temporary Property Law Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer

LawBridge has two offices, Sydney CBD and Chullora NSW.

The Opportunity

Due to our main Property lawyer going on maternity leave from 6 October 2025 to 20 March 2026, we are seeking a 1-3 years PAE with solid Property Law knowledge and Conveyancing. The candidate must:

· able to deal with diverse property law/conveyancing portfolios;

· have strong teamwork ethics;

· be adaptable to a mentoring environment.

The successful candidate will work directly with the relevant Partner, who will supervise, assist and provide ongoing feedback within the area.

This role will involve the following:

· The preparation of sales and purchases of residential/commercial property contracts;

· Servicing developers for off-the-plan sales;

· Preparing for exchange of contracts and settlement- including ordering relevant; searches and preparing settlement adjustments;

· Preparing sale of business contracts;

· Preparing leases;

· Be familiar with PEXA for settlement and lodgement purposes

The successful candidate is expected to:

1.    Be an admitted lawyer or a licenced conveyancer;

2.    Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

3.    Be self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and grow;

4.    Work (onsite) from our Chullora NSW office;

5.    Positive, proactive and flexible attitude;

6.    Experience with SmokeBall or LEAP is preferred but not essential.

Hours and location

This is a temporary role at our office in Chullora, NSW from 6 October 2025 to 20 March 2026. Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
