About the TeamOur Real Estate team operates at the industry's forefront, advising on transactions, structuring management of property interests, sales, purchases and complex leasing. We have particular expertise in complex developments and titling, and our reputation is built on helping clients expedite development and manage contractual and commercial risk. The team works on complex property deals for Australian and overseas landlords, tenants, owners and investors across commercial property, including retail and office leasing, acquisitions, disposals and developments.
There is a focus on structured learning and development with enthusiastic senior lawyers to support your training and progression, offering opportunities for ongoing professional development within the team long-term.
About the OpportunityThe team is growing and actively recruiting, making now an ideal time to join. We are looking for a junior solicitor with solid conveyancing experience and ambition. You will be exposed to challenging work across industrial, commercial development and residential development and sales. You will work with a more experienced Solicitor and Managing Associate, and with a Partner who is invested in your career development and progression.
About You- You have gained at least 3 years of volume conveyancing experience, either pre-admission, post-admission or in total, and you want to do development-related work higher up the chain.
- You are professional, collaborative, and enjoy working with colleagues while maintaining a sense of enjoyment and interest in others.
