This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in events, hospitality or culinary who's looking to transition into a people-focused role where your industry knowledge becomes your superpower.

About the Role

As a People & Talent Scout, you'll play a central role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding exceptional casual talent for top venues and events across Australia. You'll work closely with our operations teams to deliver quality talent to our clients while helping individuals find roles that match their skills and experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Finding and connecting with great talent

  • Screening applicants and conducting interviews

  • Matching the right people to the right jobs

  • Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring candidate info is up to date and accurate

  • Building positive relationships with temps and creating a great candidate experience

  • Working closely with internal teams to meet recruitment goals and deadlines

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, or a similar fast-paced industry

  • A warm, professional communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people

  • Organised, energetic, and confident using recruitment or onboarding systems

  • A natural multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment

  • Holds full Australian work rights (no restrictions) and is available to work full-time hours.
