1300apprentice has a rare opportunity for a Business Trainee to join our head office team based in Burwood. This is not just a job it could be the start of your journey toward an exceptional career with 1300apprentice. As a trainee, you will study for a Certificate III in Business while gaining 12 months of "real world experience".

About the Role

  • Performing a range of administrative tasks accurately and promptly

  • Reception duties including answering routine queries, taking messages, following up on action items

  • Performing computer-based tasks, including preparing and sending written communications, maintaining databases and records

  • Communicating and liaising effectively with managers and staff to assist in the professional operation of the business

  • Providing customer service to your team members and management

  • General office duties

What We're Looking For:

  • Great attention to detail

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Enthusiastic, with a positive can-do attitude

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Professional personal presentation

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to a 12-month Traineeship

  • Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain one)

  • Above all a passion for being part of an amazing team that supports each other
