As a Childcare Trainee, you'll be a valued part of our close-knit team from day one. This is not just a job — it's a chance to learn hands-on, supported by warm, experienced educators who genuinely care about your growth. You'll work closely with children aged 0–5 years, helping them explore their world through play, stories, songs, creativity, and connection.

You'll be supported every step of the way as you study for your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a nationally recognised provider — all while gaining paid, practical experience in a real working environment.

We'll guide you through everything you need to know — from the basics of health and safety to building secure attachments with children and understanding how young minds learn and develop.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
