About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Application of advanced project management skills to assist coordination and management of key projects across HEI.
  • Application of expert knowledge and skills in communication and change management, particularly in relation to quality improvement methodologies.
  • Complete research and environmental scanning activities and undertake analysis of data and information to inform reporting mechanisms.
  • Contribute to providing high level accurate advice, Board papers, briefs, recommendations, reports, presentations and correspondence at the request of Senior Director, HEI.
  • Apply sound research skills, including the capability to critically analyse, summarise and apply health literature, data and information into plans, reports, discussion papers and submissions.
  • Create and maintain reports that monitor performance against key performance indicators through written and illustrative analysis.
