About the role
We're looking for a passionate allied health professional to step into the role of Child Health and Development Team Leader at North Richmond Community Health (NRCH). This leadership role sits within our Allied Health Department and supports the day-to-day operations of our Child Health and Development (CHAD) team, which provides developmental support to children and families through both Community Health and NDIS funding.
You'll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of paediatric speech pathologists, occupational therapists and dietitians, while also maintaining a clinical caseload in your discipline. Your leadership will ensure our services remain evidence-based, responsive to community needs, and aligned with our mission to make a difference in the early years of children's lives.

About you
You're a skilled allied health clinician with demonstrated experience in paediatrics, and you're ready to take the next step in your leadership journey—or already thriving in a similar role. You're collaborative, values-driven, and committed to continuous improvement in service delivery.
You're confident juggling team coordination, supervision, and program development, with a solid understanding of Community Health and NDIS services. You're passionate about supporting a team to grow, thrive and deliver care that is holistic, culturally safe and community-led.
