About the role

This is a full-time Specification Manager role at Reynaers Aluminium Australia covering NSW, QLD & ACT. This is a strategic position responsible for driving sales growth through the development and management of key customer relationships. You will be a vital member of the sales team, working closely with architects, builders, developers and other key industry stakeholders to promote Reynaers' innovative aluminium solutions. Your home base can be either NSW or QLD.

Your role

  • Develop and foster strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the specification and application of Reynaers' product range
  • Assist with comprehensive quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and showcase Reynaers' capabilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support throughout the sales process

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a specification sales role, within the construction or building materials industry
  • Knowledge of European window and door systems preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of aluminium products and building systems, with the ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers at all levels
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
