Project Officer

We are seeking experienced Project Officers to support the effective management of maintenance and upgrade components of a portfolio.

The Project Officers will report to a Senior Asset Manager and work on initial 6-month contracts with potential to extend, based in Brisbane's CBD.

  • Provide recommendations for maintenance and upgrade works on residential portfolios.
  • Achieve value for money through a sound understanding of maintenance and upgrades.
  • Deliver maintenance and upgrade programs to agreed timeframes, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to a consistent standard, considering specifications, Australian standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage property expenditure, including monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Have a sound working knowledge of Excel and be efficient in managing, sorting, and analysing data using pivot tables, lookups, and charts.
  • Analyse differences between quotes and specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of responses to correspondence, briefings, reports, and information papers.
  • Contribute to the development and review of key policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure best practice portfolio asset management.
  • Establish and maintain effective networks of key contacts and industry representatives.
