Whyalla Beef near Texas Qld, is offering an exciting Graduate Program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in feedlot management, animal health, and agribusiness operations.

About the Program

Our two-year structured program provides hands-on experience across all areas of our integrated beef operation. Graduates will gain exposure to:

  • Livestock production & animal welfare – daily cattle handling, nutrition, health monitoring, and performance recording.
  • Feedlot operations – understanding milling, feeding systems, pen management, and environmental stewardship.
  • Business management – exposure to logistics, commodity trading, workplace health & safety, and team leadership.
  • Professional development – supported learning, mentoring from industry leaders, and tailored training opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Completing (or recently completed) a degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary Science, or related fields.
  • Passionate about the Australian beef industry and rural communities.
  • Strong communicators with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Practical, adaptable, and safety-focused.
