Production Assistant (Mon-Fri, 9:00 Am – 17:30 Pm)

The Production department is one of the key areas of our business as they produce the stock we sell and to make sure it's' firing we keep everyone fueled with a stocked kitchen, free lunches every Friday, monthly big breakfast with all the goodies, and regular events to recognize and celebrate our people.

What you'll be doing:


• Contributing to one of the Hunter Regions' most exciting and fast-growing businesses.

• Fix 9:00 am– 17:30 pm, Mon-Fri roster for better work life balance and to spend more time with your loved one.


• Handling general production and warehouse duties including product & tools assembly and packaging as per requirement in a staff friendly environment.


• Working closely with our amazingly supportive and friendly team to deliver the best for our customers


• Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high level organisation standards in a fast-paced environment


• Assist in the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of production assembly area.


• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to keep our production running smoothly and efficiently


• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the production assembly process.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations


• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What We're Looking For:


• Someone who is eager to get stuck in, learn and grow, and see where they can take themselves


• Previous experience as a Production operator or in a similar manufacturing role


• Forklift license (preferred but not required)


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, competency with computers is highly regarded.


• A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving


• Strong mechanical & can-do attitude.


• Effective communication and teamwork skills


• A reliable and proactive work ethic


• Relevant qualifications or certifications in manufacturing or a related field would be an advantage
