We are a private and exclusive Golf Club on the Gold Coast and require the services of a Golf Services Attendant.

You will be reporting to the Head Golf Professional, be responsible for delivering quality service to our valued members and providing assistance with the daily operations of the Valet/Golf Attendant Service. You will create a service-oriented atmosphere that meets and exceeds the needs of our members and their guests using your industry knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup of daily operations (preparation of golf carts, practice range setup, bag drop attendants, etc.)
  • Provide excellent service to guests as they arrive and depart the facility
  • Be available to assist members and guests at all times
  • Ensure bag room and cart areas remain clean at all times
  • Maintaining golf cart fleet, range balls and cleaning of golf clubs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service fields with a strong interpersonal and verbal skill set
  • Golf knowledge preferred but not essential
  • Valid driver's licence, must speak English
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be a team player
  • Australian working rights required
  • Ability to lift golf bags up to 15kg and stand for extended periods

This position would suit someone looking for three to four shifts per week - Monday to Sunday. Any age may apply
