About the Role
At Intralinks, a global leader in secure M&A workflow solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how top professionals conduct dealmaking. As the face of Intralinks, you'll drive relationships and build trust with a diverse client base, including financial advisors, investment banks, boutique advisory firms, lawyers, consultants, and corporates—guiding them through the high-stakes world of M&A due diligence, deal execution, and beyond.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Build and grow relationships with bankers, legal counsels, consultants, and corporates, ensuring Intralinks is their go-to platform for every M&A deal.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to deal negotiation and client onboarding.
- Gain exposure to diverse sectors and deepen your understanding of clients' businesses and dealmaking dynamics.
- Drive product adoption by educating clients on key features of our platform and identifying cross-sell opportunities across the investment bank and adjacent functions.
- Execute strategic account plans for key clients, setting clear goals, action steps, and KPIs.
- Engage actively in the market through outreach, product demonstrations, and participation in prominent industry events.
- Collaborate with global teams in product, customer service, legal, and billing to deliver seamless client experiences.
