You're a practical, hands-on safety professional who:

  • Enjoys being out on-site and seeing the impact of your advice in real time
  • Can influence and engage teams with confidence, even without formal authority
  • Approaches risk management creatively, finding practical solutions that work for people on the ground
  • Is adaptable, organised, and confident managing multiple sites and priorities
  • Cares about making a real, positive difference to workplace safety and environmental outcomes

What you'll bring

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS&E role in equipment installation, service, maintenance, logistics, or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and incident investigation
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Current Driver's Licence, White Card, and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience with ISO 45001/14001 systems or mechanical/electrical environments is a plus.
