About the role

Sales Team Leader - Connectnow

As we power over four million customers and move toward a more sustainable future, it's an exciting time to be at AGL. As Sales Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind a motivated outbound sales team supporting customers during their home move. You'll lead with energy, challenge benchmarks, and create a high-performance culture where results are celebrated and records are broken.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and Energise a High-Performing Sales Team - Build a culture of excellence through coaching, accountability, and recognition.
• Drive Sales Capability and Results - Set high standards, challenge performance norms, and lead the team to exceed KPIs.
• Develop Future Leaders - Identify talent, provide growth opportunities, and build a succession-ready team.
• Champion Change and Innovation - Lead through transformation with confidence and agility, embracing new tools and strategies.
• Collaborate for Impact - Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences and commercial success.
• Model Values and Compliance - Uphold AGL's values and ensure quality through effective monitoring and feedback.

About you:

• Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in a contact centre or similar environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A natural motivator who brings energy, clarity, and drive to the floor.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and raising the bar.
