The Opportunity

We're bringing our paid media in-house and are on the hunt for a creative, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to take the reins across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) ads.

You'll play a key role in growing our digital reach - creating thumb-stopping content, testing new campaign angles, and scaling what works. You'll be backed by a high-performing eComm team and have the freedom to try bold new things daily. This is a full-time role based at our Gold Coast HQ.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage all paid social (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (static and video) for ad testing
  • Plan, launch, test and iterate ad creatives and audiences
  • Monitor performance and scale winning ads based on real-time data
  • Collaborate with the broader eComm team on product launches, promotions, and growth strategies
  • Stay across trends, platform updates and creative strategies in DTC fashion and eCommerce

What You'll Bring

  • 2 years experience running Meta and/or Google Ads for eCommerce
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with strong ROAS
  • Strong creative instincts - you know what grabs attention and drives clicks
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite etc.)
  • Confidence using ad platforms, GA4, and Shopify data
  • A curious mind and growth mindset - always testing, learning, improving
