The Opportunity
Join our team as a Planner / Scheduler supporting operations at
Moomba, Coopers Basin in South Australia.
This is a
FIFO role flying from either Adelaide or Brisbane on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster.
On arrival at Moomba Airport, you'll transfer to our fully equipped accommodation camp where you'll have your own private room and enjoy all meals provided. The camp offers great facilities, including a gym, bowling circuit, and swimming pool, giving you plenty of ways to relax after your shift.

In this role, you'll play a key part in meeting business goals by delivering high-quality planning and scheduling support across maintenance, shutdowns, and service delivery. You'll work closely with multiple teams to ensure jobs are resourced, scheduled, and executed safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for maintenance, shutdowns, and service delivery
  • Allocate equipment and resources based on job scope, availability, and safety requirements
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and field teams to align plans with site priorities
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as scope or resources change
  • Ensure all work meets safety and operational standards
  • Utilise planning tools to manage workflows and produce accurate reports
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in planning and execution processes

About You

  • Proven experience in scheduling or planning (Industrial Services or Logistics experience preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of maintenance workflows and asset management principles
  • Proficient in scheduling software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously in remote site conditions
