Partner – Public Practice | CBD Location | Leadership Opportunity

Our well-established public practice firm, based in the heart of the CBD, is seeking an experienced and driven
Partner
to join their leadership team.

As a Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm and nurturing client relationships. This is an outstanding opportunity for a leader who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment, ready to start an exciting new chapter.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and grow a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries
  • Drive business development and contribute to firm-wide strategy
  • Mentor and develop high-performing accounting professionals
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality advisory and compliance services
  • Collaborate with other Partners to continue building a progressive, innovative firm

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to bring across fees
  • CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in public practice, ideally at Director, Partner level or operating as a Sole Practioner
  • Proven track record in client management and business growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for excellence and delivering value to clients
