- $75K + Super
- $2K of Professional Development allowance every year
- 15-20hrs of recorded PD content + access to specialist training play-based early intervention strategies, literacy, neurodiversity affirming practice, AAC)

Support That Starts on Day One
- Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision
- Fortnightly peer supervision groups
- Shadowing experienced clinicians for your first 2 weeks
Structured caseload ramp-up:
Weeks 1-2: shadowing only
- Months 1-2: build 2-3 clients per week
- Month 3: independent caseload with Senior review and support
- Month 6: full caseload, still supported

About You
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- SPA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Screening, valid driver's licence
