About the Role

We're seeking a motivated IT graduate or early-career professional to join our team in a hands-on support role. You'll work closely with experienced engineers to maintain internal IT systems, support project delivery, and strengthen cybersecurity and compliance practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support across the business.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain office computers, servers, and network equipment.
  • Manage user accounts and access across business systems.
  • Assist with improvements to ERP, CRM, and SAP platforms.
  • Implement system security measures including patching, firewall management, and monitoring.
  • Maintain endpoint and email security (MFA, antivirus, phishing prevention).
  • Conduct basic vulnerability assessments and assist with mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain IT documentation, device inventory, and configuration records.
  • Support backup testing and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Research and implement improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
  • Support project delivery including SCADA PC builds and test environment setup.
  • Streamline onboarding/offboarding processes and related IT workflows.
  • Contribute to achieving and maintaining industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, Essential Eight).

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in IT, Mechatronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, dependable approach and eagerness to learn.
