We are a rapidly growing mobile phone accessories and repair business with over 50 stores across Australia. We thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are looking for individuals who can grow, adapt, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

We are currently hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE and SALES SUPERSTARS to join our team. If you love interacting with people, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working towards goals, we want to hear from you

Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing friendly and genuine customer service

Sales and upselling of mobile phone accessories

Stocktake and inventory management

Performing opening and closing duties

Meeting and exceeding store KPIs

Pay: $26.55 – $35.00 per hour

Benefits:

Experience:

Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)

Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
