Office Allrounder

We are a leading solar hot water and solar power system supplier in the Outer Eastern Melbourne region.

We are looking for a team player to join our Team.

The successful applicant will be someone who is self-motivated and eager to learn. You will have excellent organisational skills, and enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will have to be able to multi-task and think on your feet.

What are we seeking?

This role is considered a fulltime permanent position.

You will be responsible for:

• Be the direct point of contact for scheduling of solar installations for our Electricians and Plumbers.
• Coordinating Incoming Installations and managing customer expectations
• First point of contract for new and existing customers
• Answering incoming calls, diverting calls and taking messages where required
• Book-keeping skills would also be desirable, but not essential for the role

What do we need?

Applicants who have solid organisation and time management skills, are task orientated with administrative and computer skills would suit this role.

Most of all, you need to be bubbly, energetic and have a willingness to learn everything thrown at you.
