Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW for a Director of Sales and Distribution. The Director will oversee daily sales operations, lead the sales team, develop business strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and distributing sales resources effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
  • Customer Service expertise and relationship management skills
  • Proven Team Management and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is critical
