About the Role

Prozory is seeking a
Test Lead
to drive testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple digital projects. You will lead a team of testers across manual and automation disciplines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of test automation, and the ability to operate in an Agile/Scrum environment. You will be accountable for quality outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and embedding best practice testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement test strategies, master test plans, and quality gates.
  • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and analysts to ensure effective test coverage.
  • Lead and mentor testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Support automation efforts using EasyRepro, MSTest (C#), and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive both manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT phases.
  • Manage defect triage forums, report on test progress and quality metrics.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support release readiness decisions.
  • Champion structured QA standards and compliance with best practice.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing test teams across multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of test tools such as EasyRepro and MSTest.
  • Strong defect management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commitment to fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and quality assurance.
