About Us

Right at Home Gold Coast North provides high-quality disability support services under the NDIS for plan-managed and self-managed participants. We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to assist our valued clients in the Pimpama and Coomera areas.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide meaningful care and assistance to clients living with a disability, helping them maintain independence and achieve their goals in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

Duties may include:

  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
  • Social support and companionship
  • Transport and community access

We offer a variety of casual shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. With increasing demand across the Gold Coast North, multiple shifts are available for immediate start.

What You Need

Mandatory:

  • Previous paid experience in disability, community, or mental health support
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Ability to work a range of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
  • Strong communication and reliability
