Join Our Rize Support Team – Experienced Disability Support Worker

We are a small team with a big heart and a true passion for what we do. At Rize Support, support is more than just care – it's about creating joy, building trust, and walking alongside participants as they grow in confidence and independence. We're a heart-led disability support service on the Gold Coast, and we're looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to join our amazing team.

We provide exceptional Group Short-Term Accommodation (STA) programs that cater to all abilities. We create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence, personal growth, and a comfortable, enjoyable stay for everyone in our care.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with a genuine heart for people and a motivation to connect deeply with our incredible participants.
  • A team player who shows initiative and goes the extra mile in care and daily duties.
  • Reliable and consistent, ready to bring warmth and energy to our programs.
  • At least 2 years' experience supporting people with disabilities.
  • Must hold all necessary checks and qualifications (NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, First Aid + CPR, etc.).
  • Availability on most weekends (Friday–Sunday) and Thursdays, with opportunities for extra shifts for the right fit.

Highly Desirable:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability
  • Auslan experience
