The ideal candidate will bring a combination of relevant qualifications, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services. They will demonstrate the ability to manage teams, drive positive change, and respond effectively to the needs of clients, carers, and families.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Services, Disability, or a related field (essential)
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong understanding of carer, client, and family needs, and service delivery gaps
- Experience managing programs, staff, and budgets
- Proactive problem-solving and innovative decision-making skills
- Ability to support change and foster a positive team culture
- Experience in project work using project management principles
